GENERAL INFORMATION

CONFERENCE LOCATION
The conference will be held at the Salt Palace Convention Center. A block of rooms has been held at the Salt Lake City Marriott Downtown. Click here for accommodation information. The Optional computer lab sessions will be held at the University of Utah. Transportation from downtown will be provided.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Your registration fee includes two continental breakfasts, refreshment breaks, two luncheons, plus all program materials. Advance registration is encouraged. Minimum and maximum numbers have been established for this conference and the breakout sessions. Please register early to avoid disappointment.

REGISTRATION FEE - $295
Optional Computer Lab sessions are $50 each.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If cancellation of your registration becomes necessary, you must send written notice to University Conference Services or call: (801) 587-2980, fax: (801) 587-1001.  Cancellations made by February 5, 2007 will be accepted.  A $50 administrative fee will be assessed on all cancellations.  Confirmed registrants who do not attend the conference or who cancel after February 5th are responsible for the entire registration fee.  Substitutions, however, may be made at any time.  When canceling, please be sure to ask for and retain your cancellation number.
