We have several wonderful facilities for weddings. They will all be listed here shortly. In the meantime, go to our conference facilities page and check out the Officer's Club, Commander's House and the Chapel.
AV Equipment and Rental Prices:
Table and Chair Rental Prices: Tables and chairs for all wedding events being held at the Chapel, Officers Club, and Commander’s House are included in the rental rates. Bandstand furniture must be provided by wedding party. A $50.00 reset fee per room will be applied for any resets to your setup during your event. Alcohol: Alcohol service may be permitted in the University Guest House Hotel, The Officer’s Club, and The Commander’s House only under the following circumstances:
Parking: Any wedding event being held in the evening (after 6:00) or on the weekend can park in Fort Douglas lots without a fee. Parking lots located in Fort Douglas are patrolled by University of Utah Parking Services weekdays from 7:00 am –6:00 pm. Any event needing parking during these times may select from the following two options.
*Rates are subject to change Catering: All weddings at the Commander’s House and Officer’s Club facilities must be catered (no food is allowed in the Chapel). Chartwells is the on-campus caterer and may be used for catering your wedding event. If you do not wish to have Chartwells cater your event, you may choose a caterer from our Approved Caterer list For required forms and a list of Caterers click here. |
